Vodafone network down in Chennai and some parts of Tamil Nadu :
Vodafone's Chennai and Tamil Nadu network was down on Friday (Feb 16, 2018). This has happened on the heels of issues with the Airtel network on Thursday (Feb 15, 2018).
Airtel later said the network had been restored.
Vodafone networks are down to most of the user in Tamil Nadu including Chennai.
Many Vodafone users in some parts of Chennai and Tamil Nadu reported that they were not able to get the network signal.
Not only in Tamil Nadu, Vodafone users across several parts in Mumbai also reporting ‘Service Not Registered‘ error since yesterday evening.
A tweet from Vodafone said: "Hi! This is a temporary issue and we are working on it. You will be able to use our services as soon as it is resolved".
Airtel and Vodafone gave an explanation to this issue. They said that, due to change in server and update, the problem has occurred.
